Therapy Services & Workshops
I offer individual online therapy for adults, along with wellbeing and psychoeducational workshops for groups and organisations.
Individual Therapy
I offer one-to-one therapy for adults (18+) in a supportive and collaborative space. Sessions offer a place to explore what’s going on for you at your own pace, in a way that feels manageable and grounded.
We can take time to make sense of your experiences and find an approach that feels right for you.
People may come to therapy for many different reasons, including experiences such as anxiety, low mood or depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or times of change.
Workshops & Psychoeducation
I offer psychoeducational and wellbeing workshops for organisations and groups, shaped around the needs of the group to create a space that is thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging.
Workshops may explore areas such as emotional wellbeing, understanding stress and the nervous system, communication, self-awareness, and supporting different ways of being.
Sessions are designed to be accessible, reflective, and, where appropriate, interactive, shaped around chosen themes.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don’t need to be certain to begin. Many people come to therapy feeling unsure, and we can take time to explore what might feel helpful for you.
Do I need to have a clear goal for therapy?
You don’t need to come with a clear goal. Some people arrive with something specific in mind, while others are less sure. We can take time to explore what feels important and what you might want from therapy.
What can I expect in our first session?
The first session is an opportunity to get a sense of whether working together feels right for you. We can talk about what’s brought you here and what you might be looking for from therapy.
How do we decide what to focus on in sessions?
There isn’t a fixed structure. We can decide together what feels most important to focus on, and this can change over time depending on what feels helpful.
What is a trauma-informed approach?
A trauma-informed approach recognises how experiences - past and present - can shape how we feel, think, and relate to ourselves and others. It places importance on safety, choice, and working in a way that feels manageable for you. I aim to offer a safe space that feels respectful and responsive to your experience.
What if I’ve had therapy before and it didn’t feel helpful?
Sometimes previous experiences of therapy don’t feel like the right fit, and that can be important to acknowledge. We can take time to understand what did or didn’t feel helpful for you, and find a way of working that feels more aligned with your needs.
How often should I attend therapy?
This can vary depending on your needs. Some people attend weekly, while others prefer a different rhythm. We can find a pace that feels right for you.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. What you share in therapy is kept confidential, in line with professional and ethical guidelines. I can explain this in more detail when we first meet.
